Now I'm doing the 2.0 beginners calendar, upped it to 7 days a week, and am slowly moving towards 40mins a day. Down another 20lbs (from CICO), but from blogilates, I definitely lost inches, which was a boost because I can feel muscles easier even if I was stalling on the scale.
