Mpx copperhead vs scorpion

May 20, 2015 Following the release of these two guns, Jeremy S. purchased a Scorpion and I purchased my very own MPX. Looking for a PDW that can fit in a backpack. I can either buy an MPX Copperhead or wait on a list for the Scorpion Micro. I do plan on suppressing it eventually. Got a reasonably good price on a Gen2 8" with the folding brace at the time; it amounted to about a $400 premium over the then going rate for a EVO3, which has since come down about $100 while subsequent Gen2 variations have spiked even higher, to a point that now a MPX is more than double the price of a base Scorpion pistol. SIG MPX Copperhead vs CZ Scorpion EVO 3 MICRO. Honestly, a better comparison would be the standard Sig MPX to the CZ Scorpion because they are closer in size. The Copperhead, as you know by now, is the smallest possible version of an MPX and therefore has some limitations and/or advantages due to its size alone and not its other features. The Scorpion, of the K configuration, is a tried and true favorite of PCC shooters. The Copperhead, branching off Sig’s MPX line, is new for 2019. And, I just so happen to have both. CZ Scorpion ^ **** they would be sub machine guns. And PDWs have been around for decades. Many of these are spawned from other agency requirements trying to get a contract (many of which we will never hear about) and then are also sold on the civilian market because why not the tooling it's all the same from their larger "carbine" counter parts just different barrel and handguards and gas setting.
